Infinix just announced the Note 60 Pro, and the first thing you'll notice is how much it resembles the iPhone 17 Pro Max. We got our hands on the device for an unboxing session to see what this mid-range contender brings to the table.
The retail package comes loaded with accessories. You get a USB cable, 90W fast charger, USB earbuds, and a MagSafe-enabled case right in the box. This is more generous than what many competitors offer at this price point.

Performance and Display
The Note 60 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC with a vapor chamber for thermal management. Infinix claims you can push up to 120fps in popular mobile titles like Honor of Kings without overheating issues.
The 6.78-inch AMOLED panel delivers a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and peaks at 4,500 nits brightness. That's flagship-level brightness for outdoor visibility. Gorilla Glass 7i protects the screen from scratches and drops.
Battery and Charging Features
The 6,500mAh battery capacity varies by region, with some markets receiving a 6,000mAh cell instead. Either way, you get impressive endurance. The 90W wired charging tops up the battery quickly, while 30W wireless charging adds convenience.
Infinix includes something called "battery self-healing" technology. It combines specialized battery chemistry with intelligent charging controls to reduce degradation over time. For mobile gamers, bypass charging lets you play while plugged in without stressing the battery.
Software and Unique Hardware
The Note 60 Pro ships with Android 16 and XOS 16 interface. Infinix promises three years of OS updates and five years of security patches, which matches what many premium devices offer now.

A familiar look to a certain other smartphone
The metal and glass construction feels solid but incredibly slippery. You'll want to use that included case immediately. On the upper left side, there's a custom programmable button that defaults to muting the phone.
The lower right side houses something unusual: a heart rate and blood oxygen sensor that works with Infinix's Health app. It's an interesting addition, though a second custom button or camera shutter key might have been more practical for most users.
Active Matrix Display and Halo Light
The camera island features an Active Matrix Display that lights up with custom animations and emojis. It's a playful touch that adds personality to the device.

Like the Infinix Note Edge we reviewed recently, the Note 60 Pro includes a customizable Halo light status indicator around the camera module. You can set different colors and patterns for notifications and alerts.

Halo light
The Infinix Note 60 Pro delivers flagship-inspired design with practical features like massive battery capacity, fast charging, and unique hardware additions. We'll need more time to test the camera and daily performance, but the first impressions are promising for a mid-range device.
