The iQOO 15 Ultra will be equipped with a triple rear camera system. A standout feature is the 50MP Sony periscope telephoto lens, which provides 3x optical zoom. To ensure sharp images, the camera includes CIPA 4.5-level optical image stabilization. The imaging system is further enhanced by vivo's proprietary software, including the Magic 2.0 Image Restoration Engine and the NICE 3.0 Optical Reconstruction Engine.

Beyond photography, the smartphone features a premium Samsung M14 OLED LTPO display. This screen offers a 2K resolution, a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, and an industry-leading peak brightness of 8,000 nits. For performance, it is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, supported by a Q3 gaming chip and an integrated active cooling fan.
