Display and Performance

All three models feature 120Hz refresh rate displays with 720p+ resolution. The City 200 sports a larger 6.78-inch panel capable of reaching 700 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, the Unisoc T7250 chipset powers the entire lineup, though the City 200 benefits from more RAM and storage options.

The flagship City 200 comes with 4GB or 6GB of RAM paired with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. This hardware configuration allows it to run the full version of Android 15. Meanwhile, the A200 and A200+ models are limited to 3GB or 4GB of RAM with 64GB or 128GB storage, restricting them to Android 15 Go Edition.

Camera Capabilities

The itel City 200 distinguishes itself with a 50MP main camera on the rear. The device also supports picture-in-picture recording, allowing simultaneous capture from both the front and rear cameras. An 8MP selfie camera sits inside a punch-hole cutout, a feature itel highlights as a premium touch for this price segment.

The A200 and A200+ models feature more modest camera setups with 13MP rear sensors and 5MP front-facing cameras housed in notches rather than punch holes.

Durability and Battery Life

All three phones carry IP65 certification for dust protection and resistance to water jets. The City 200 has undergone MIL-STD-810H durability testing and survived drop tests from 1.5 meters. The A200 and A200+ models were tested from slightly higher drops of 1.8 meters.

Battery capacities vary across the lineup. The City 200 packs a 5,200mAh battery rated for 1,600 charge cycles, which itel claims should last approximately four years of normal use. The A200 features a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging, while the A200+ steps up to a 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging support.

Unique Features

All three models include UltraLink Free Call, a proprietary feature that enables voice calls, voice memos, and text messaging without cellular connectivity. itel advertises a range of up to 2 kilometers under ideal conditions.

The City 200 also includes DTS audio enhancement and maintains a slim profile at 7.45mm thickness. The A200 and A200+ share an identical 8.29mm thickness despite their different battery sizes.
