Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava has officially unveiled its latest device, the Blaze Duo 3. Following its predecessor released late last year, this new model emphasizes multi-display functionality and modern performance for the budget-conscious market.

Innovative Dual Display Design

The standout feature of the Blaze Duo 3 is the 1.6-inch AMOLED secondary touch display located on the rear. This versatile mini-screen allows users to control music, view notification previews, and serve as a viewfinder for the camera. On the front, users are greeted by a large 6.67-inch AMOLED panel featuring Full-HD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate.

Performance and Software Specs

Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7060 processor, supported by 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. It ships with Android 15 and includes a commitment for an upgrade to Android 16, along with two years of security maintenance.

Camera and Battery Features

For photography, the smartphone utilizes a 50MP primary rear camera and an 8MP front sensor. Despite its slim 7.5mm profile, it houses a robust 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging capabilities. Additional hardware highlights include an in-display fingerprint scanner, an infrared sensor, and stereo speakers.

Network and Availability

The phone supports 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.4. It also carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. Offered in Imperial Gold and Moonlight Black, the Lava Blaze Duo 3 is priced at INR 16,999 and is available through major online retailers in India.
