Samsung is expected to introduce magnetic Qi2 wireless charging with its upcoming Galaxy S26 flagship series. While the phones are rumored to launch early next year, a new leak has already revealed a dedicated magnetic power bank designed to complement the new hardware.

The accessory, identified by model number EB-U2500, is built to support the Qi2 standard, which functions similarly to Apple's MagSafe technology. By utilizing a ring of magnets, the power bank ensures perfect alignment with the smartphone to optimize charging efficiency and prevent disconnection.

Key technical specifications include:

  • Wireless Performance: Supports charging speeds up to 15W via the Qi2 interface.
  • Wired Connection: A USB-C port provides up to 20W output using USB-PD or Qualcomm Quick Charge standards.
  • Recharging: The power bank itself can be refilled at 25W.
  • Utility: Features an integrated fold-out kickstand, LED battery level indicators, and a physical side button.

The device is expected to retail for approximately €59.90 in European markets and will likely be announced alongside the Galaxy S26 family during the next Unpacked event.
