New Details Emerge for the Upcoming OnePlus 15T

The latest leaks surrounding the OnePlus 15T suggest a significant hardware evolution for the upcoming smartphone, rumored to debut as early as March. Reports from industry insiders point toward a device that balances a compact form factor with industry-leading battery technology.

According to recent technical specifications, the OnePlus 15T is expected to feature a 6.32-inch display offering a "1.5K" resolution. While the 50MP main camera and 50MP telephoto lens appear similar to its predecessor in terms of resolution, software optimizations and new sensor hardware are likely to enhance the photography experience. A 16MP front-facing camera will handle selfies and video calls.

Under the hood, the device will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. Perhaps the most notable upgrade is the battery capacity; rumors suggest a massive 7,000 mAh to 8,000 mAh unit, which would be unprecedented for a phone of this size. Additionally, the inclusion of wireless charging addresses a notable absence in previous iterations.

Despite the substantial battery, the handset is projected to maintain a manageable weight of 194g. It is expected to arrive in three distinct finishes: Relaxing Matcha, Healing White Chocolate, and Pure Cocoa. Power users can look forward to configurations offering up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
