Following the release of the OnePlus 13T last April, new details regarding its successor, the OnePlus 15T, have emerged online. Industry leaks provide a comprehensive look at what to expect from this upcoming device, which aims to balance power with a relatively compact form factor.
The smartphone reportedly weighs 194g and will be available in three distinct colors: Relaxing Matcha, Healing White Chocolate, and Pure Cocoa. Users can expect a wide variety of configurations, with RAM and storage combinations including 12/256GB, 12/512GB, 16/256GB, 16/512GB, and a top-tier 16GB/1TB model.
Hardware specifications are high-end, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a display measuring 6.31 inches. The screen is expected to offer a 1.5K resolution with a smooth 165Hz refresh rate and ultra-narrow symmetrical bezels. Notable features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, a dedicated telephoto camera, and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Perhaps the most significant upgrade is the battery capacity, which is rumored to be at least 7,000 mAh, supporting both wired and wireless charging. While the camera system may not see major hardware changes compared to the previous generation, the overall package represents a substantial iteration. In some markets, such as India, the device may be rebranded as the OnePlus 15s.
