Oppo has unveiled the Watch X3, its latest flagship smartwatch that brings significant health monitoring upgrades. The circular wearable launched alongside the Oppo Find N6 foldable and introduces continuous glucose monitoring to the company's wearable lineup.
Premium Titanium Construction
The Watch X3 uses TC4 titanium alloy, a material common in aerospace and medical implants due to its corrosion resistance. This construction makes the watch 16% lighter and 6.4% thinner than the Oppo Watch X2 Mini. The device measures 47.4mm in diameter and 11.0mm thick while weighing just 43g.

The redesigned strap features "bamboo joints" — metal connectors between fluororubber segments. Sapphire glass protects the display with a Mohs hardness rating of 8+. The 1.5-inch LTPO OLED panel maintains the 466 x 466px resolution but boosts peak brightness by 36% to 3,000 nits.
Battery and Durability
Despite the slimmer profile, the 646mAh battery matches last year's capacity. Users can expect 3 days under heavy use, 5 days of normal operation, or up to 16 days in battery saver mode. The 7.5W charging fills the battery in 75 minutes, with a 10-minute charge providing 24 hours of use.

The watch carries 5ATM water resistance plus IP68 and IP69 ratings for protection against high-pressure water jets. This makes it suitable for swimming and outdoor activities in various conditions.
Advanced Health Tracking
The sensor suite includes a new glucose meter for real-time readings and anomaly alerts. The Watch X3 also monitors blood pressure and assesses hypertension risk. These join existing features like ECG, vascular health readings, heart rate and blood-oxygen tracking, sleep quality assessment with sleep apnea detection, and wrist temperature sensing.

For fitness enthusiasts, the watch supports over 100 sports with measurements for VO2 Max, lactate threshold, recovery time, and aerobic training effect. An AI coach provides guidance, while dual-band GPS (L1+L5) alongside BeiDou, Galileo, and GLONASS ensures accurate outdoor positioning.
Connectivity and Availability
The Watch X3 includes 4G eSIM, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC for access cards and public transport. Oppo lists the Snapdragon W5 chipset as the processor, though it doesn't specify whether this is the original or Gen 2 variant.
