Following the recent debut of the Pro model, the standard Realme 16 has surfaced on a Vietnamese retailer's website. The listings provide a comprehensive look at the device's technical specifications and design, revealing it will be available in black and white color options.
The smartphone features a 6.57-inch AMOLED screen delivering FHD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Notably, the panel reaches a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and is protected by AGC DT-Star D+ tempered glass. Despite its plastic build, the device offers robust durability with multiple ingress protection ratings, including IP68 and IP69K.
On the back, the Realme 16 adopts a camera visor reminiscent of the Google Pixel series. This module houses three sensors, led by a 50MP primary camera. Adjacent to the lenses is a dedicated selfie mirror, a feature designed to help users capture high-quality self-portraits using the main rear camera.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset. It comes with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card. One of its standout features is a massive 7,000 mAh battery supported by 60W fast charging. The phone is expected to run Android 16 out of the box and is slated for a February release.
