Redmi Note 15 Pro Series Arriving in India This January

Xiaomi’s sub-brand has officially confirmed that the Redmi Note 15 Pro series will make its Indian debut on January 29. A dedicated microsite is now active, revealing the device's design, key hardware details, and availability through official channels.

The upcoming smartphone series stands out with its premium build and high-end photography capabilities. The lineup will be available in at least two sophisticated color options: a brown variant with a golden frame and a sleek grey finish. Both models feature a triple rear camera system housed within a distinctive squircle-shaped module.

Advanced Imaging and Performance

The headline feature of the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G is the 200-megapixel "MasterPixel" primary camera. This sensor is equipped with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and an HDR + AI image engine to enhance photo quality. For video enthusiasts, the series supports recording at up to 4K resolution.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, built on a 4nm process. To maintain peak performance during heavy tasks, Xiaomi has integrated an IceLoop Cooling system. The device also offers up to 12GB of RAM for smooth multitasking.

Battery and Durability Features

The Redmi Note 15 Pro is designed for longevity and resilience. It features a massive 6,500mAh silicon carbon battery, supporting 100W HyperCharge wired fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging. In terms of durability, the phones carry impressive IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance, while the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The device is expected to feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,200 nits, following its initial international release in late 2025.
