Samsung Expands Certified Re-Newed Program to Key European Markets

Samsung has officially brought its Galaxy S25 Certified Re-Newed (CRN) program to the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. This initiative, which recently launched in the United States, offers consumers the opportunity to purchase flagship devices that have been professionally restored to like-new condition.

Regional Labels and Pricing

In the UK and Germany, the program retains the "Certified Re-Newed" branding, while in France, it is marketed as "Refurbished Premium By Samsung." Availability for specific models and storage options currently varies by region:

  • United Kingdom: The Galaxy S25 Ultra with 512GB of storage is available for £1,153.
  • Germany: Prices include €860 for the Galaxy S25 (512GB) and €1,240 for the Ultra model (256GB).
  • France: The standard Galaxy S25 starts at €800 (256GB), while the Ultra variant is priced at €1,250.

Rigorous Quality Standards

Samsung ensures that only top-tier returned units enter the program. Each device undergoes more than 100 quality tests to meet strict performance standards. Repairs are performed using genuine parts, and every phone receives a brand-new battery and a fresh IMEI number. Furthermore, the latest software is pre-installed to ensure a smooth user experience from day one.

Sustainability and Support

Every Certified Re-Newed phone is packaged in a new, recyclable box and comes with a standard USB-C cable and SIM tool. Significantly, Samsung provides the same official warranty as its new devices, distinguishing the program from third-party refurbishers. For extended protection, customers can also enroll in Samsung Care+, which offers additional coverage for theft and battery health.
