vivo has quietly added a new member to its flagship X-series lineup. The vivo X300 FE is now live on the company's official website in Russia, offering premium specs in a compact form factor.

This new FE model is essentially a rebranded version of the China-exclusive vivo S50 Pro mini. The main difference between the two is the Bluetooth specification. The X300 FE uses Bluetooth 6.0 instead of the S50 Pro mini's Bluetooth 5.4. Everything else remains identical across both devices.

Hardware and Display
The X300 FE sports a compact 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and a variable 1-120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, you'll find the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (non-Elite variant) paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM. Storage options include 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.1.

Camera System
The back panel features a trendy camera visor housing a triple camera array. The setup includes a 50MP main sensor (IMX921), a 50MP telephoto lens (IMX882) with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. This configuration should handle most photography scenarios without much fuss.

Battery, Durability, and Software
The device carries both IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with vivo promising 5 years of OS updates and 7 years of security patches. A large 6,500mAh Si-C battery powers the phone, supporting 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

More markets should get access to the device in the coming weeks.
