vivo is preparing to expand its flagship lineup with the upcoming vivo X300 Ultra and a new X300 Max model. The company hasn't officially announced these devices yet, but regulatory filings have already surfaced in China, indicating a launch is drawing near.
The vivo X300 Max, which carries model number V2548A, has received multiple certifications from Chinese regulatory agencies. This approval process typically happens weeks before a phone hits the market, suggesting we could see an official announcement soon.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the X300 Max will run on the Dimensity 9500 SoC. This flagship processor should deliver strong performance for gaming and multitasking. The phone also packs a massive 7,000 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support, addressing a common pain point for power users.
The display measures 6.78 inches with 1.5K resolution and uses flat LTPO technology for adaptive refresh rates. vivo has included a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner underneath the screen for quick and secure unlocking.
Camera and Durability Features
The camera setup is headlined by a 200MP primary sensor paired with a 50MP periscope telephoto lens that supports telephoto macro photography. vivo has also equipped the X300 Max with a new ZEISS-branded lens for improved optical quality.
For connectivity, the phone supports the N79 5G band, which is important for network coverage in certain regions. The device carries both IP68 and IP69 ratings, meaning it can withstand dust, water submersion, and high-pressure water jets.
The X300 Max was previously rumored as the X300s, but vivo appears to have settled on the Max branding for this larger battery variant. Pricing and exact launch dates remain unconfirmed.
